We've not forgotten, I promise.
We're almost certain that Ipswich YM will once more very kindly provide the physical location to host the AGM, but we don't yet know what limit there will be regarding numbers so we're also looking at putting a virtual session in place AS WELL. More details to come as and when we have them.
Whilst the minutes for the last management committee meeting, along with the Agenda for this one, will be circulated nearer the time, a reminder that, as ever, we're looking for volunteers to help promote and manage rugby in Suffolk and should anyone wish to put themselves forward - or if you know of someone within your club who would be perfect for a role - I would be grateful if I could have nominations prior to Monday 7th Sept', from President to Safeguarding, from Membership to Volunteer Coordinator, all roles can be nominated for.
In particular however, we are looking for someone to cover three main areas; the two roles that Darren has been holding down, those of Youth Chair and Representative Manager to oversee some exciting programmes for the County's youngsters - don't worry, Darren will be on hand to steer you right as you start what would be a very rewarding experience. Also, whilst Colin will remain organising fixtures throughout Eastern Counties, he is handing over the reins for the Suffolk Cup and Plate and again, I'm sure whomever takes over, will be able to lean on Colin's experience going forward.
For more details please do get in touch.
Cheers
Ed
